Why volunteer with Friends?
With the aim of enhancing the natural and educational aspects of Steele Creek Nature Center and Park, we always welcome enthusiastic volunteers. Please contact us with areas you’re interested in volunteering.
How to Volunteer
There are numerous volunteer opportunities with the Friends of Steele Creek Park. Take a look at our ongoing projects and activities. Volunteers are always needed for helping with planting, weeding, labeling plants, and other maintenance activities. The gardens are approved for Master Gardener volunteer hours. The work can be done either during the day or in the evenings. Contact us to learn more about volunteering.
