Annual Park Events

Join us for “The Bear Necessities” Friday, July 24th, 4:00 pm Meet at the Nature Center for an informative presentation about our largest native animal, the American Black Bear. You’ll become “bear aware” and learn the basics about how to comfortably share space with these impressive creatures. For more information call the Nature Center at (423) 989-5616

The next “Hike with Commander” will be on Wednesday, 15 July. Meet at MillCreek parking lot at 2:00pm for a moderate to difficult 3 mile hike on the Quarry Cave, Rock Cut and Sinks Way trails. Total time should be about 2 1/2 hours. Hope to see you there. Happy Trails.
