Tree Keepers Workshop – Saturday, March 12th

Don’t miss the 2016 edition of the Annual Steele Creek Park Tree Keepers Workshop scheduled for Saturday, March 12th at the Park Lodge. This year’s featured speakers include regional sustainable family farmer and King University faculty member, Dr. Richard Moyer, and E.T.S.U. Arborist Manager, Travis Watson.
Topics to be covered include “Tree Basics”, “Basic Tree Health”, “Trees that Feed” and “Tree Selection, Planting, and First-Year Maintenance”. The program will begin at 8:30 am and conclude by 2:00 pm. The registration fee of only $10.00 includes a light breakfast as well as lunch.
